Orchestra Concert

Hosted by The International School @ Park City, the AIMS Music Festival drew in nearly 200 students from five schools across the country. Coming together for a great weekend of music-making which culminated to a Gala concert at the end of the weekend.

Twelve of our students flew to Kuala Lumpur to participate in the music and fun filled event. We were directed by the inspiring, award-winning choral conductor, Chi Hoe Mak who filled the rehearsals with energy through his sense of humour and contagious energy.

Our students performed six inspiring pieces in the concert and then joined the orchestra to perform the theme song of the 2012 James Bond movie, Skyfall and the ever catchy tune, Mr. Blue Sky. It was indeed a wonderful experience for our students who participated in the event.

Chinese New Year Celebration

Lion Dance

It was a wonderful sight, seeing so many of our students, members of staff and parents dressed in traditional Chinese clothing like Cheongsam or those in red.

We were treated to a variety of singing and dance performances at the Chinese New Year celebrations at our school this year. A special lion dance performance by students from Riam Road Secondary school took the celebrations to the next stage as everyone was looking forward to the performance especially our little ones from the Early Years.

We would like to thank our PTA (Parents Teachers Association) who gave out red packet or ‘Ang pow’ to all the students at the end of the assembly as a sign of good luck for the coming new year

Wishing you and your family good fortune this Chinese New Year. We hope your days ahead are filled with immense joy and prosperity.
