A group of Year 9 students are actively protecting the environment by getting involved in a tree planting project at Piasau Nature Reserve to connect and foster environment stewardship.

Have you tried the new Baking and Cooking CCA on Thursdays? It’s a great way for young children to learn home living skills. This week students learned how to prepared quick and healthy snacks at home.

Art Club has taken to the playground, every Tuesdays during CCA. Students are designing a sensory walk on the school’s playground pathways to encourage exciting morning walks.

Enthusiastic students in MP2 visited the Lambir Water Treatment Plant to learn more about how water is processed before being flowing through their taps. A fantastic day trip with a lot of new knowledge gained.

Staff, students and parents are encouraged to wear traditional clothes from their home country or our wonderful Malaysia for International Day. Enjoy food from around the world by PTA.

Early Years students are learning about the UN’s Global Goals, focusing on Zero Hunger and Clean Water and Sanitation. The class visited a local start-up, Uncle Green, to learn about hydroponics and sustainable farming.

International Day’s theme is “Save Our Planet!” Students will learn about their chosen global problem and solutions through seminars and workshops hosted by members of the Miri community.
